As a PBS Practitioner, you will join our dynamic Enhanced Support Team, working closely with individuals, families and frontline staff. This is your chance to deliver truly life-changing outcomes helping people grow in independence, thrive in their communities, and live the lives they deserve.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading PBS assessments and creating evidence-based plans
- Coaching and inspiring staff teams to deliver exceptional support
- Using behavioural data to spot opportunities and shape positive change
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and the people we support
- Capturing success, celebrating progress, and sharing what works
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 BTEC (or equivalent) in PBS or above
- Real-world experience supporting people with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or trauma
- A skilled communicator and confident coach
- Knowledge of Active Support, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and human rights-based practice
- Someone with creativity, energy, and a passion for inclusive care
