Pay rate: £13.66 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 16:00pm-20:30pm and 20:30pm-8:30am and Saturday - Sunday 8:30am-20:30pm.
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Caton, Lancaster. This person has complex clinical needs and multi-learning difficulties. They love listening to music on the radio or the TV. To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Caton, Lancaster and know the area.
Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person's life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager. We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment and helps our clients access new experiences.
