Female Support Worker Location: Wem, Shropshire Pay rate: Sleep in £9.50, Day rate £13.50 & Waking night rate £14.53 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay) Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 20:00pm and 20:00pm – 8:00am. What Were Looking For Essential Requirements: A full manual driving licence youll be driving an adapted mobility vehicle Confidence supporting someone with mental health needs , a PEG feed , and who uses a wheelchair The ability to support someone whose communication varies listening beyond words A calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for others Your Role As a Support Worker, youll provide high-quality, person-centred care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis . Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering compassionate, attentive care tailored to individual needs Supporting meaningful activities and encouraging engagement in the community Promoting social interaction and overall well-being Helping with household tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable, and organised home Communicating clearly and confidently in the persons preferred manner to build trust and connection About Acuity Care Group With nearly 20 years of experience and over 900 colleagues across operations and support roles, Acuity Care Group is a leading Supported Living healthcare provider.
