Job Introduction Bank Paediatric Nurse Bolton£30 p/h days, £35 p/h nights We are seeking a passionate and driven Bank Paediatric Nurse to join our team. The primary purpose of the Nurse is to support complex care packages within the person’s own home. We specialise in high acuity complex needs including tracheostomy and ventilator support. This is a field-based role involving regular travel across the Northwest region as well as working from home. This service is delivered through teams of support workers who report to the Complex Care Manager (CCM). Accordingly, the CNS has direct responsibility for ensuring the capability and standards of service delivered by these teams. Critical within this role and underpinning the delivery, is the need to operate both flexibly and reliably, whilst fiercely ensuring Bespokes values around client-centred care are never compromised and that all regulatory compliance standards are diligently adhered to. The role of the Paediatric Nurse is broken down into two main areas as follows: To support the safe transition and mobilisation of our complex packages from hospital to home.
