Bank Female Support Worker
Shift Pattern: 8am – 8pm
Requirements: FULL CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENSE
Key Responsibilities
- Support with all facets of daily living.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Ensure the individual\’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
- Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
- Aid with light household chores which may include cooking and cleaning.
- Help to plan and organise leisure opportunities such as seeing favourite bands, walking, and places of interest.
- Watch DVDs with them and join in with specific interests (you will need to be willing to learn about these).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
