We\’re expanding our Clinical Bank Team and are looking for experienced Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioners to provide flexible, expert supportparticularly in completing mental health assessments across our services.
About the Role
This is a home-based bank position with flexible hours. You\’ll contribute to high-quality clinical decision-making by undertaking specialist assessments and formulations and advising operational colleagues on complex mental health presentations.
Key Responsibilities

Complete clinical assessments and mental health risk formulations (remotely or with occasional travel).

Offer consultancy on high-risk and complex cases, such as EUPD, self-harm, or suicidality.

Support high-quality care planning with a focus on person-centred, evidence-based approaches.

Liaise with internal teams and external professionals (NHS, social care, commissioners).

Contribute to safeguarding and clinical governance as required.
About You
Youre a senior clinician who can step in and deliver excellent, trauma-informed mental health assessment and guidance as and when needed. This role suits someone looking for flexible, sessional work that still makes a meaningful impact.
Essential Criteria

RMN, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker (NMC/HCPC/SWE registration).

5+ years post-registration clinical experience.

Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, particularly EUPD and risk behaviours.

Strong assessment, formulation, and clinical reasoning skills.

Excellent communicator, confident advising others and writing reports.

Access to reliable internet and suitable working environment at home.
