The organisation has built a strong commercial platform, with turnover approaching £10m and consistently high margins.
It is now entering a new phase of growth and professionalisation, with the potential for a value-realisation event over the medium term.
The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, with responsibility for shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance and enabling scale.
This role extends beyond finance leadership alone; the successful candidate will play a central role in improving operational predictability, supporting commercial decision-making and preparing the business for future investor or buyer scrutiny.
