Fractional Finance Director | Legal Sector | London London | Hybrid (2-3 Days/weeks) Acuity Associates is supporting a well-established London law firm as they strengthen their finance function during a period of change.
This is a hands-on interim assignment for an experienced Finance Director who can provide leadership, improve financial reporting and support the business through a period of finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support an established finance team.
Improve the quality and timeliness of management reporting.
Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
Provide commercial financial insight to support senior leadership.
Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with operational and senior stakeholders across the business.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous Finance Director or CFO experience within a UK law firm.
Has strong working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
Has experience improving finance functions, reporting and controls.
Is a confident leader with experience developing finance teams.
Is commercially minded and enjoys a hands-on approach.
Can work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
