Finance Leadership Role in a High-Growth International Business

Sidcup-based | Hybrid Working (3–4 days on site)

Growing Design & Manufacturing Group | £50M+ Revenue | UK, US & Australia

A fast-growing, internationally expanding business is seeking a commercially minded, technically strong finance leader to take full ownership of its finance operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company entering a transformative growth phase, with a private equity event expected within the next 2–3 years.

This role offers the chance to work directly with a strategically focused CFO, building a scalable and investment-ready finance function from the ground up. As the company expands across the UK, US and Australia, you’ll shape financial reporting, lead audit readiness, manage cash flow and treasury across regions, and play a central role in preparing for future investment or exit.

You’ll be managing a lean, capable finance team and working closely with commercial, operational, and leadership stakeholders. There’s a strong focus on system improvements, reporting automation, and enhancing control frameworks across jurisdictions. With full ownership of statutory reporting and compliance, and the opportunity to influence funding strategy, this role will suit someone who is equally comfortable in the detail and in the boardroom.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in hands-on, scale-up environments – someone who doesn’t just keep things ticking but actively drives improvements. If you’ve worked in a multi-entity setup, managed audits, built dashboards, and handled international reporting, you’ll fit right in. If you’re ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified and know your way around IFRS, UK GAAP, and multi-currency cash flow – even better.

This opportunity suits both experienced FCs from £30M–£100M turnover businesses, and strong audit-trained candidates looking to move into their first No.1 role in industry. Sector experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a bonus, but not essential.

This is your chance to shape something meaningful. You’ll have exposure to senior decision-making, room to grow into a Finance Director role, and the backing of an experienced leadership team invested in your development.

Interested? Let’s talk if you’re looking to:

  • Step into a high-visibility finance leadership role
  • Build a finance function ready for scale and investment
  • Be part of a growth story with career upside

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
