Acuity Associates is partnering with a hospitality organisation based in London to seek an experienced Fractional CFO with extensive exit experience and a strategic mindset to help them prepare for sale in the next 2-3 years.
In the first instance, you’ll be asked to follow Acuity Associates' Financial Infrastructure Review (FIRE) proven process to assess and analyse current financial processes, identifying key areas for enhancement. Following the delivery of the report, you’ll lead the prioritisation and high-impact implementation on an ongoing fractional basis, collaborating closely with the company's finance team to elevate their skills and contributions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct a Financial Infrastructure Review (FIRE) to evaluate existing systems and processes.
- Develop a strategic, prioritised plan for financial improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven CFO or senior finance experience, ideally within hospitality or similar sectors.
- Strong multiple exit experience.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing finance teams.
Additional Details:
- Location: Hybrid 1-2 days per week, with occasional travel to London.
