ABOUT THE TOLE

Acuity Analytics is seeking ahigh-performing Director, Business Development, to drive growth across Corporate & Investment Banks and Commercial Banks, throughout the EMEAregion.

Based in London, this is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for originating, developing, and closing newbusiness opportunities, while building long-term strategic relationships withsenior banking executives.

The successful candidate will possessa strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building capabilities, anda proven track record of generating revenue within financial services.

Wewelcome candidates from investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, financial services sales, financial data and analytics providers, fintech, consulting, or other client-facing roles serving the banking industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-endenterprise sales cycles across Corporate and Investment banks, Commercial banksand advisory firms throughout EMEA.

  • Business Development &Origination
  • Identify, develop, and convert newbusiness opportunities within target financial institutions.
  • Establish and execute strategicaccount plans to penetrate new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Leverage personal networks andindustry relationships to create a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop senior-level relationshipsacross front office, COO, CFO, CRO, CIO, Operations, Transformation, and Procurement functions.
  • Solution Selling
  • Understand client priorities, challenges, and transformation agendas.
  • Develop compelling business cases andvalue propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiationsand contract discussions.
  • Coordinate internal subject matterexperts and delivery teams throughout the sales process.

  • Ability to work independently withina fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalentprofessional experience.
  • Highly Desirable
  • Previous experience in client-facingroles within investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, financialservices sales, consulting, fintech, data & analytics, or professionalservices.
  • Experience selling managed services, consulting, outsourcing, technology, analytics, or transformation solutions.
