Responsibilities:

  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in a Presales, Product Management, go-to-market (GTM), Customer Success or a similar client facing technical role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of (and demonstrated aptitude to learn) the financial services ecosystem (e.g., Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Corporate Finance). Must be able to learn to "speak the language" of our clients.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and the fundamentals of Generative AI and LLMs. Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, data integration, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ability to grasp and articulate the technical and business value of complex software solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: A highly analytical and consultative mindset with a proven ability to identify and solve client problems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
