Acuity Analytics is looking for an Events Coordinator to support and lead the design, planning and delivery of Acuity’s B2B executive UK events portfolio. Depending on event scale and strategic importance, you will either own end-to-end delivery or act as a senior delivery partner to leadership; shaping event design while taking full operational accountability.

The programme includes:

  • Breakfast briefings and private client dinners
  • Invitation-only thought leadership sessions
  • A larger annual flagship client event
  • Select partner-led and industry moments

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You will translate strategic commercial objectives into polished, premium event experiences that reflect Acuity’s brand and drive measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to define clear event objectives aligned to pipeline and client growth
  • Develop structured event briefs, project timelines, and run-of-show documentation
  • Ensure events reflect Acuity’s premium positioning and thought leadership focus
  • Manage the full event lifecycle from concept through to post event reporting
  • Source venues and suppliers and support in the negotiation
  • Oversee contracts, catering, AV, guest management and logistics
  • Lead on-the-day execution, ensuring a seamless senior-level experience
  • Manage multiple concurrent events across the calendar
  • Confidently liaise with senior internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Support leadership hosting responsibilities
  • Ensure guest experience is high-touch and professionally delivered
  • Manage and track event budgets
  • Deliver cost control without compromising quality
  • Support measurement of ROI including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence
  • Produce structured post event performance reports
  • Capture feedback data
  • Recommend improvements to optimise future programmes

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

  • 4 - 7 years’ experience in B2B or corporate event management
  • Proven delivery of executive-level, invitation-only events
  • Experience managing both intimate events (20–40 attendees) and larger-scale events (100+ attendees)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of how events contribute to revenue and client retention
  • Confident communicator comfortable operating around senior leadership
  • Strong project management capability with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
