We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our AI, Data & Digital services portfolio for both financial services and corporate clients. This strategic role focuses on proposition design and portfolio management – crafting market‑relevant service offerings that leverage our Insight & Analytics (I&A) heritage and our AD&D technical capabilities. You will define end‑to‑end AI propositions for clients in financial services and corporates, showcasing how AI and advanced analytics can drive business value over the medium to long term. A key aspect of the role is shaping our Microsoft‑aligned propositions to strengthen our co‑sell partnership with Microsoft, initially strong in the UK and now expanding across DACH, North America and APAC.

This is a high‑impact position (no direct reports or P&L ownership) reporting to AD&D leadership, operating in a consulting and services environment where influence, collaboration, and thought leadership are crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • AD&D Services Portfolio Management: Take ownership of the AD&D service offerings portfolio across AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud services. Continuously refine and innovate propositions that meet evolving client needs in both financial services and corporate sectors.
  • Customer Journey & Revenue Design: Define and own end‑to‑end customer journeys that create long‑term, recurring revenue for Acuity. Design compelling engagement models that move clients from strategy and use‑case envisioning through PoCs, MVPs and scaled product engineering, and into ongoing managed services where appropriate.
  • AI Narrative: Articulate a cohesive AI story for both financial services and corporate clients. Leverage our proprietary agentic AI platform alongside general AI tools and cloud AI platforms to create end‑to‑end narratives.
  • Microsoft Partnership Propositions: Lead the evolution of our Microsoft‑aligned propositions for both corporates and financial institutions. Build service offerings that incorporate Microsoft’s AI and cloud technologies in a way that addresses industry‑specific challenges.
  • Sales Enablement & Alliance Support: Work closely with sales teams, account directors, alliance managers, and marketing to successfully take propositions to market. Enable our sales force to sell new offerings by providing training, playbooks, and direct deal support.
  • Market Insight & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, data and digital transformation across both financial services and other sectors. Gather feedback from clients, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve and adapt the portfolio.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Operate effectively in a consulting and services‑led organisation, collaborating with practice leads, data scientists, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure our propositions are not just visionary but also deliverable and profitable.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience (8+ years) in product management or offering management within technology consulting, digital services, or enterprise software.
  • Domain Exposure: Experience serving both financial services and corporate clients is essential.
  • AI & Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of the AI landscape – including generative AI, analytics, data platforms, and related technologies.
  • Hyperscaler Ecosystem Experience: Experience working with or within a major cloud/hyperscaler ecosystem is preferred.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about market needs and translate that into concrete service offerings.
  • Excellent Communication & Influence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Execution Focus in Services Environment: Proven ability to work in a matrixed, services‑led organisation and get things done.
Success Measures
  • Portfolio & Proposition Impact: Development and launch of new service propositions that gain traction in the market.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Influence: Pipeline generated and revenue influenced by your propositions.
  • Go‑to‑Market Enablement: Effectiveness of sales and marketing enablement efforts.
  • Alliance & Market Expansion: Strengthening of our Microsoft alliance and other partnerships through relevant propositions.
  • Thought Leadership & Innovation: Contribution to Acuity’s reputation as an innovator through thought leadership content.
