As an SAP Silver Partner, and an SAP BRIM company, Acuiti Labs has been delivering business technology solutions & digital transformation deploying SAP BRIM (Billing) on S/4HANA and cloud-based applications such as Subscription Billing, CPQ & Entitlement Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Define the end-to-end data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts and developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring milestones are met across multiple mock cuts and final go-live.
- Data Governance: Establish data cleansing and validation rules in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure "fit-for-purpose" data.
- Tool Management: Oversee the utilization of migration tools such as SAP LTMC/Migrate Your Data, SAP DS (Data Services), SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration by Syniti), or SAP Information Steward.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential data bottlenecks early and develop contingency plans to ensure zero downtime during cutover windows.
- Reconciliation: Design and execute automated reconciliation reports to prove data integrity between legacy systems and S/4HANA.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in SAP Data Migration with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS), SQL, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Deep understanding of SAP object dependencies (e.g., Material Master, BP/Vendor/Customer, Finance objects).
- Experience with SAP Activate and Agile project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for legacy data archiving.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Data Services.
