This is a hands-on operational role responsible for running delivery across client projects and ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and ready for publication. You will own day-to-day delivery coordination, scheduling and quality control, enabling senior team members to focus on sales, client relationships and commercial outcomes. This is not a strategic or transformation role. It is a structured, execution-focused position requiring attention to detail, consistency and control. Reporting to the Operations Director, and based at Cranfield Innovation Centre, Cranfield, with some offsite meetings with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain a clear view of delivery timelines, capacity and priorities
  • Coordinate fieldwork, interviewer allocation and project scheduling
  • Manage dependencies across research, data and technical work
  • Quality control, verification and validation
  • Own verification and validation processes
  • Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent and ready for publication
  • Apply structured quality checks and escalate issues early
  • Operational management
  • Maintain a single, consistent delivery schedule across projects
  • Identify risks to timelines, quality or capacity and act early
  • Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and efficiency
  • Interviewing
  • Conduct structured, commercially focused client feedback interviews in a professional and engaging manner
