- Assist with software testing, validation and quality assurance activities
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Custom Serve platform
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Help maintain information security controls, processes and documentation
- Support IT asset management, software audits and compliance activities
- Assist with technology projects, process improvements and AI testing initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of service, quality and security
