This full-time (37.5 hours) onsite role involves conducting high-quality client experience interviews in English, either by telephone or Microsoft Teams, and producing clear, accurate interview transcripts to a professional standard.

  • Conduct structured, commercially focused client interviews in a professional and engaging manner
  • Build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders and create an environment in which candid feedback is shared
  • Adhere to company specified interviewing techniques and standards
  • Probe effectively to explore underlying issues without leading responses
  • Produce accurate, well-structured interview transcripts to a high grammatical standard, requiring minimal revision
  • Manage interviews efficiently, delivering work within agreed timescales and quality expectations
  • Represent Acuigen and its clients with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times
