We are recruiting an Occupational Health Clinical Admin Assistant to assist the Practice Manager to manage, process & protect all medical data by adhering to the Data Protection Act and GDPR. This position is a remote, home-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The perfect candidate should possess experience in occupational health administration, demonstrate a willingness to assist in changing and enhancing processes, and maintain a professional and confidential approach.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with all information in a confidential manner whether this be by email, letter or phone call.
- Process Health referrals received ensuring accurate matching within medical database.
- Scan/attach data into the medical database.
- Maintain the medical archive as per policy/process.
- To maintain file requests from solicitors and employees upon authorisation of the clinical team and legal and insurance teams.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Process payments for treatment providers.
