Kickstart your career with Mller! As a Manufacturing Apprentice you will join our Manufacturing Academy and learn everything you need to become a skilled technical operator.
- Operate machinery and keep production lines running smoothly.
- Spot and fix faults.

You’ll be based at one of our UK dairies – Manchester, Skelmersdale, Market Drayton, Telford, Minsterley, Droitwich, Severnside & Bridgwater – gaining hands-on experience and project work. We provide training, invest in your skills and offer a clear career ladder.
What to Expect
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Food & Drink Technical Operator qualification, delivered by the University of Lincoln. Training takes place over three block weeks each year; we cover travel, accommodation and living expenses during the training periods. Shift work and some weekends (depending on your age) are part of the role, so flexibility is key.
Benefits
£18,500 starting salary, with a pay rise after the first year. 40 hours per week, with some shift work (age dependent).

- Grade 5 in English and Maths.
- 16 or older and living in the UK.
- Not currently in full-time education.
- Willingness to travel for training or project work (we cover expenses).
