Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (7-7 days and nights).
Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5×.
Signing bonus: £5,000 payable after passing probation.

What are we looking for from an Engineering Technician?
- Experience working in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environment
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production and process environments
- Apprentice trained with proven experience working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves and PLCs
- Good knowledge of filling and process technology
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
- Team-building skills and a strong ability to work cross-functionally
