As an HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change. The role is located at Market Drayton with a hybrid working model (3 days on site per week).
Your challenge for the HR Business Analyst (12-month FTC):
- Requirement gathering from the SME population.
- Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle.
- Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Define future state architecture for projects.
- Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.

- Educated to degree level.
- Strong project stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical competence in systems and change delivery.
- Delivery focused approach to challenges.
- Experience in Business models incorporating data and process.
- Reliable and consistent approach to data checking.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 utilisation.
- Independent and outgoing approach.
- Good technical cross-over skills.
- Critical attention to detail.
- Excellent facilitation skills with good conflict resolution skills.
