Your Mission
- Keep Us Running:Provide top-notch reactive maintenance.
- Be a Detective:Pinpoint root causes and get our gear back in action.
- Innovate:Find and implement cost-effective improvements.
- Collaborate:Ensure smooth shift handovers and work as ONE TEAM.
- Diagnose & Fix:Test, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Report:Keep an eye out for defects and log data.
- Lead:Drive shift-based problem-solving.
- Coach:Train operators on asset care.
- Improve:Use 5WHY and RCA techniques for lasting solutions.
- Organise:Support 5S programs for workshops and stores.
