Our Client is a UK based Financial Services business embarking on an enterprise wide transformation programme. This key appointment will focus on the critical data focus programmes within the portfolio.
3 Day per week in Wiltshire. 6 month initial contract (VTE) Project scoped outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Data Modelling
- Design and maintain the enterprise conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Review and refine the existing KDE framework
- Define canonical business data definitions across the organisation
- Develop target-state data models for the Databricks Lakehouse environment
- Ensure alignment between data models and business use cases
- Lead modelling activities for approximately 60 identified Key Data Entities
- Establish relationships between core business entities
- Define business rules and transformation logic
- Create reusable data structures supporting multiple use cases
- Ensure consistency across programme workstreams
- Data Modelling 8+ years of enterprise data modelling experience
- Strong conceptual, logical and physical modelling expertise
- Experience developing enterprise information models
- Proven track record designing canonical data models
