Role summary
Project Manager within Corporate Technology, supporting corporate functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment and Talent. Strong focus on finance processes, Workday, third-party applications, integrations and process/reporting improvements.
Reporting line
This role reports into the Senior Project Manager, who reports into the Head of Project Management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple corporate technology projects end-to-end.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners and banking partners.
- Support finance and tax-related projects from a coordination standpoint.
- Own project plans, meeting notes, documentation and status reporting.
- Ensure smooth handover, support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
Ideal candidate
- 8+ years’ project management experience.
- Strong corporate systems background: Workday essential; Salesforce and DocuSign useful.
- Experience with finance processes, banking integrations or corporate transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
