Compliance Advisory Manager
Location: London
Working pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day from home
We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Compliance Manager to support its growing EMEA ETF business.
This is a high-visibility advisory role with exposure across the full ETF product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Distribution, Investments, Legal and Compliance, providing practical, commercially focused compliance advice.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business.
- Review new ETF proposals and advise on compliance considerations through launch.
- Support changes to existing products, including product governance and regulatory implications.
- Review PRIIPs KIDs and other investor-facing product documentation.
- Assess ETF regulatory developments and translate them into clear business actions.
- Support regulatory-change implementation, business readiness and stakeholder training.
- Promote fair customer outcomes, sound governance and effective conflicts management.
What we’re looking for
- Compliance Advisory experience within asset management
- Experience across ETFs, UCITS or product advisory
- Strong understanding of fund structures and investment fund regulation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
