Role summary

Project Manager within Corporate Technology, supporting corporate functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment and Talent. Strong focus on finance processes, Workday, third-party applications, integrations and process/reporting improvements.

Reporting line

This role reports into the Senior Project Manager, who reports into the Head of Project Management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners and banking partners.
  • Support finance and tax-related projects from a coordination standpoint.
  • Own project plans, meeting notes, documentation and status reporting.
  • Ensure smooth handover, support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

8+ years’ project management experience.

Strong corporate systems background: Workday essential; Salesforce and DocuSign useful.

Experience with finance processes, banking integrations or corporate transformation.

Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.

Target candidate profile

Strong preference for candidates currently working within:

  • Asset Management
  • Hedge Funds

Ideal backgrounds include:
