70,000 – £85,000 (dependent on experience) London - 3 days in office per week Fintech | Pensions Own and drive the Pension product roadmap from concept through to delivery. • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the Pension product strategy. • Define clear product requirements and make well-reasoned decisions that balance customer, commercial and technical priorities. • Use AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to support research, prototyping, specification and iteration. • Product Management experience, - experience within fintech, investments, wealth management or pensions. • Strong product management fundamentals, including customer discovery, roadmap ownership, requirements definition, prioritisation, UX decision-making and delivery. • A data-driven approach with experience defining meaningful product metrics and using insights to inform decisions. • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to consider revenue, cost and business model implications when making product decisions. • Experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior and executive level.
