Role summary: Project Manager within Corporate Technology, supporting corporate functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment and Talent. Strong focus on finance processes, Workday, third-party applications, integrations and process/reporting improvements.

Reporting line: This role reports into the Senior Project Manager, who reports into the Head of Project Management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners and banking partners.
  • Support finance and tax-related projects from a coordination standpoint.
  • Own project plans, meeting notes, documentation and status reporting.
  • Ensure smooth handover, support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

8+ years’ project management experience. Strong corporate systems background: Workday essential; Salesforce and DocuSign useful. Experience with finance processes, banking integrations or corporate transformation. Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.

Target candidate profile: Strong preference for candidates currently working within:

  • Asset Management
  • Hedge Funds
