We are working with a leading investment management firm looking to appoint a qualified finance professional to its Financial Planning & Analysis team.
This is a hands-on FP&A role with a significant focus on
Workday Adaptive Planning . Candidates must have practical experience building models and managing integrations within Adaptive .
The role
- Build new financial planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning , working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing models, including three-statement financial models .
- Run
Adaptive integrations during each forecast cycle , pulling the latest data from source systems.
- Investigate and resolve integration, system, data and reconciliation issues .
- Validate data and model outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop forecasting, planning and analytical models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial and non-financial performance and communicate key drivers to stakeholders.
- Build financial models and business cases for investments and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes.
- Strong
Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
- Demonstrable experience building and developing models within Adaptive .
- Hands-on experience with
Adaptive integrations , including running integrations and resolving data/reconciliation issues.
- Strong FP&A, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
- Experience working with three-statement financial models .
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Qualified finance professional.
Experience with data visualisation, SQL, Python, M or LLM/AI tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
This position would particularly suit someone who enjoys combining
FP&A, financial modelling and planning systems and wants to play a key role in developing the firm's Adaptive environment.
