As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations. This is a highly visible role where you will drive delivery excellence, build trusted client relationships, and help customers realise value from their technology investments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, upgrade, and change projects across multiple customer accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Coordinate internal delivery resources, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive stakeholder updates.
- Provide day-to-day oversight and prioritisation across a portfolio of project and BAU activities.
- Identify and manage changes in scope before they impact delivery outcomes.
- Support quality assurance of business requirements and specifications prior to customer sign-off.
- Drive strong project governance, reporting, and communication throughout delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise SaaS implementation, technology change, or software delivery projects.
- A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrable success managing project budgets, risks, delivery timelines, and scope.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent planning, governance, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts and reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure delivery readiness.

- Experience working with configurable enterprise software platforms.
- Exposure to insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding junior team members within project delivery environments.
- Experience delivering business transformation or platform modernisation initiatives.
