The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, coordinating new and existing contracts, and acting as their primary point of contact across face-to-face, phone, virtual, and written channels. Promote the uptake of new services and system modules, helping clients maximise the value of the Acturis platform while resolving user issues and identifying opportunities for improved usage. Host webinars and in-person events, collaborate with internal teams on new releases, and drive your own learning to become an Acturis Expert.
This role is based in the South-West, so you should ideally live in or near the following postcodes: TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BA, BS, SN, GL, GR, NP, SA, LD, CF.
