Day to day you will:
- Work with internal product, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI driven capabilities within the Acturis platform, translating business problems into scalable system solutions that enhance the experience for all users.
- Configure and implement intelligent automation, including decision rules, workflow optimisation, and the integration of machine learning models and LLM powered functionality into platform journeys.
- Analyse performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data and AI features, ensuring automation, predictive insights, and smart assistance tools deliver consistent value across the full customer base.
