Day to day you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, coordinating new and existing contracts and acting as their primary point of contact across face to face, phone, virtual and written channels.
  • Promote the uptake of new services and system modules, helping clients maximise the value of the Acturis platform while resolving user issues and identifying opportunities for improved usage.
  • Host webinars and in-person events, collaborate with internal teams on new releases and drive your own learning to become an Acturis Expert.

This role is based in the South-West so you should live ideally in or near to the following postcodes; TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BA, BS, SN, GL, GR, NP, SA, LD, CF.
