THE POSITION
As a Junior IT Desktop Support Analyst you will work in our desktop support team and will:
- Work full-time in central London to support our London colleagues
- Be First line support for internal technical issues
- Support 800 colleagues globally
- Log and manage calls using the Company’s help desk software
- Build and maintain a large fleet of laptops using technologies such as MDT
- Follow documented IT procedures to perform tasks such as onboarding new joiners, ensuring automation has run correctly and making manual changes to Active Directory
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure such as conference equipment, hot-desking equipment and printers
- Perform some manual tasks such as moving IT equipment to new desks

Skills Required:
- First-rate problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Client focused with an ability to build relationships with customers
- Logical, well organised and practical
- Confident and eager to learn
- Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
- A-levels or equivalent and ideally studied IT or a tech subject
- Excellent GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, ideally including an A/9 in maths
- Can demonstrate a good interest in technology
This role will ideally suit a college leaver with either an I.T related BTEC or A-Levels.
