Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online and on-site training for new and existing customers, supported by high-quality materials and tailored programmes.
- Provide expert consultancy that helps clients optimise system use, including hosting webinars and travelling nationwide when required.
- Develop colleagues internally through inductions and workshops, while proactively managing preparation, delivery, and follow-up across all training activity.
