You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the Acturis Group, tackling complex challenges, shaping the future operating model and helping build the foundations of a Group capability that will play a critical role in the organisation's continued success. Day to day you will:
- Lead complex transformation initiatives across the Acturis Group, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and functions to solve organisational challenges, improve operating models, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans, working with leaders across the Group to define roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, align resources, and drive delivery against agreed objectives.
- Influence and embed change across the organisation, bringing together senior stakeholders from different areas of the business to implement new ways of working, improve collaboration, and ensure lasting adoption of change.
