About Acturis

At Acturis, innovation is not just part of our culture - it is in our DNA. Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co-founder, Theo Duchen, who - together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald - set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start-up beginnings, Acturis has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry. Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines. Recognised as a Great Place to Work 2026, Acturis combines the agility and innovation of a start-up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You will join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed rated organisation, we focus on creating long-term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Lead end to end delivery of Acturis implementation, upgrade and change projects for UK clients, managing scope, schedule, and governance at all levels.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating forums and ensuring alignment with UK market and regulatory expectations.
  • Coordinate and drive delivery across multiple Acturis teams, managing risks, issues and dependencies while supporting clients in adopting configuration best practices.

This role is based out of our London office, with hybrid working available.

We offer structured development, clear progression and genuine ownership - whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy or mentoring others. You will work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly.

What we offer

  • A transparent progression structure, regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
  • Opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence customer strategy and support the growth of junior colleagues.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development and access to industry recognised training.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Bring solid project management experience delivering insurance technology projects end to end, with the confidence to drive scope, timelines and delivery, ideally supported by direct Acturis platform experience.
  • Communicate complex technical requirements clearly and simply, taking a consultative approach to problem solving and supporting clients in adopting best practice solutions.
  • Excel in managing multiple stakeholders, building strong internal relationships, influencing decisions and maintaining structured governance, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Challenge yours and others thinking to ensure the best outcome.
