Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to colleagues across the business, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and access-related issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain and support physical endpoints, server and virtual desktop environments, assisting with user administration, system updates and the smooth operation of core IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by supporting automation initiatives using PowerShell, helping to streamline processes and assisting with a variety of infrastructure and technology projects.

Requirements

  • You have around 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, supported by a 2:1 degree (ideally in a STEM subject) and excellent A-levels (or equivalent).
  • You communicate confidently, build positive relationships with colleagues and customers, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
  • You're organised, proactive and eager to take ownership, with a solid technical foundation and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
