We're now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our UK delivery team.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of complex client delivery projects, helping insurance organisations transform business requirements into scalable software solutions. Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams, you will lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and implementation activities while building strong, long-term client relationships. This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive successful delivery outcomes, and support the development of junior colleagues as a technical leader within the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into practical software solutions.
- Configure insurance software products, reports, and fulfilment templates using SQL, JavaScript, and other technical tools.
- Take ownership of complex client projects and major deliverables from analysis through to implementation.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation owner.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to junior consultants across the team.
- Drive optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities for clients and internal processes.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Support client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of software solutions.
To Succeed in this Role, You'll Bring:
- Experience within consulting, business analysis, software delivery, or technical implementation, ideally within the insurance or InsurTech sector.
- Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or JavaScript, alongside a proven ability to configure and deliver software solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to managing complex challenges.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience, including ownership of customer relationships and escalations.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing technical leadership to junior colleagues.
- Experience configuring insurance or enterprise software platforms.
- A background in insurance technology, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
