Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients using the Acturis Reporting API and Toolkit, working closely with their IT teams and supporting implementations and post go‑live activity.
- Develop and maintain the SQL‑based Reporting API toolkit and data model, using PowerShell and database interrogation techniques to extract and structure data.
- Investigate client data issues, design reporting solutions, and lead client‑focused projects from requirements through to delivery and support.
Qualifications
- Have (or expect) a 2:1+ in a STEM degree and strong A‑levels (AAB minimum, including an A in Maths).
- Have strong SQL knowledge and experience, with confident technical debugging and problem‑solving skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in client‑facing environments.
- Must have finished all exams/education to join immediately.
