Day to day you will
- Lead a hands‑on M365 consolidation and migration programme, driving delivery across multiple group entities and reducing legacy complexity.
- Execute end‑to‑end migrations and platform changes across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune, including security, governance, and restructuring.
- Produce clear documentation, standards, and runbooks, ensuring a structured handover to internal teams at completion.
This is a contract role for 12 months (day rate outside IR35 or fixed term). Applicants must be based inside the UK with full right to work for this position.

- Have delivered M365 migrations and tenant consolidations across multiple legal entities, ideally within regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, etc.).
- Bring deep, hands‑on expertise across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and security, with a clear focus on execution over design‑only roles.
- Are comfortable owning delivery through to completion, including standardisation, documentation, and clean handover into BAU environments.
