At Acturis, innovation is not just part of our culture - it is in our DNA. Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co-founder, Theo Duchen, who - together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald - set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start-up beginnings, Acturis has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry. Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines. Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026, Acturis combines the agility and innovation of a start-up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You will join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed rated organisation, we focus on creating long-term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.
Day to day you will:
- Work directly with insurers and brokers to design and build insurance products within the Acturis platform, translating requirements into structured system solutions.
- Configure product logic including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys and policy outputs, taking ownership of delivery from build through to testing and launch.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice and system capabilities.
You can expect:
- A transparent progression structure with structured targets, termly feedback, and annual performance reviews.
- Early responsibility on client-facing and technical projects, with opportunities to influence solution design and delivery.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to industry recognised training, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
You will thrive here if you:
- Have experience working within high net worth insurance, ideally with hands-on knowledge of the Acturis platform OR experience as a client-facing business analyst.
- Enjoy combining business analysis with hands-on technical configuration and problem solving.
- Communicate confidently with clients and can translate complex requirements into clear, structured solutions.
