At Acturis, innovation isn’t just part of our culture — it’s in our DNA. Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co‑founder, Theo Duchen, who—together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald—set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start‑up beginnings, Acturis has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry. Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers, and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines. Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026, Acturis combines the agility and innovation of a start‑up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You’ll join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed‑rated organisation, we focus on creating long‑term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.
Day to day you will:
- Support insurer and MGA relationships by preparing client review materials, managing routine queries, and helping maintain regular communication with customers.
- Coordinate meetings and governance activities through preparing presentations and reports, capturing actions and notes, and ensuring follow‑ups are tracked and completed.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining key documentation, reports and registers, identifying process improvements, and developing expertise in Acturis, insurer products and the wider insurance market.
We offer structured development, clear progression, and genuine ownership — whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy, or mentoring others. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly. You can expect:
- A transparent progression structure, regular feedback, and annual performance reviews.
- Opportunities to lead cross‑functional projects, influence product direction, and support the growth of junior team members.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to industry‑recognised training.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret product performance metrics, identify trends across insurer and client data, and provide meaningful insights on trading, error rates, bound rates, and product performance.
- Are organised and proactive, capable of owning key reporting, maintaining accurate documentation and internal processes, capturing actions from meetings, and ensuring information is kept up to date across Confluence and other shared resources.
- Are collaborative and commercially minded, confident working with insurers and internal stakeholders, with an interest in developing expertise in insurance products, the Acturis platform, and ultimately managing a portfolio of smaller insurer clients.
Experience with Acturis would be highly advantageous, although we would also consider candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. This role is ideally based in London, with an expectation of 3-4 days per week in the office. We are open to both full‑time applicants and candidates seeking a 4‑day working week.
Please note Acturis is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, transgender status, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
If you will require any reasonable adjustments to be made at any stage throughout the recruitment process then please email recruitment@acturis.com so that we may accommodate them for you. Successful candidates will usually be contacted within 14 days of applying. Due to the high-volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to inform unsuccessful applicants. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position at this time. Please keep an eye out on our Careers page for any updates regarding sponsorship.
