At Acturis, innovation isn’t just part of our culture — it’s in our DNA .

Today, over 100,000 users across 40+ countries rely on the Acturis platform.
By working closely with brokers, insurers, and MGAs, we continue to shape the market and drive new standards across both personal and commercial lines.

Day to day you will
- Take ownership of automated testing within one of our Integration development squads, shaping a more cohesive testing framework and strategy that reduces manual testing effort and improves confidence across a complex integration platform.
- Work as an embedded member of a development squad, partnering closely with feature developers to design and implement automated testing support across unit, integration and API layers, and integrating quality into the software development lifecycle.
- Act as the team's quality engineering expert, influencing how software is designed and built, improving testability, and driving a culture where quality is owned by the whole team rather than tested at the end.
You can expect
- A transparent progression structure, regular feedback, and annual performance reviews.
- Opportunities to lead cross‑functional projects, influence product direction, and support the growth of junior team members.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to industry‑recognised training.
You'll thrive here if you
- Have strong software engineering fundamentals and coding experience, ideally within a C#/.
NET environment, and have previously built, enhanced, or owned automated testing frameworks rather than simply executing tests against them.
- Understand how to create confidence through testing, with hands‑on experience across unit, integration, API and regression testing, and the ability to make informed decisions about what should be tested at each layer of the application.
- Enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, bringing the curiosity and technical credibility to assess an existing codebase, influence development practices, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and help developers take greater ownership of software quality.
