Are you an experienced GI Pricing Manager with a hands‑on understanding of Personal Lines pricing, looking for your next career challenge within a major firm? Then this is an exceptional opportunity to support the model development of our client's Pet and Travel products, developing and optimising pricing models, assisting external partners and, overall, delivering product growth.
Utilising your passion for data extraction and analysis, you will provide pricing insights to the business, identifying (and reacting in an agile way) to both opportunities and threats within the market. Technically‑skilled and with a keen eye for process improvement, you will also take charge of the development of models for forecasting future performance.
With strong communication skills coupled with the ability to translate complex analysis into fully comprehensible insights, you will additionally have excellent people management skills as part of your role will be to coach and mentor a small team of analysts.
Prior experience of using insurance pricing and modelling software (e.g. Radar) alongside knowledge of programming language (e.g. SAS, SQL, R) would be an advantage. A fantastic role within a diverse and inclusive firm, offering an excellent rewards package and flexible working.
