We are seeking a highly technical BPA leader with proven commercial acumen for a Head Of role within a major BPA player. In this exceptional opportunity, you will lead on multiple BPA commercial workstreams, including asset structuring and reinsurance. In addition, you will lead the expansion of the team across 2026 and beyond.
Deep technical BPA skills, along with an understanding of Solvency UK, IFRS17, and the insurance balance sheet are prerequisites, as are superb stakeholder- and team-management skills. Other additive expertise includes the Matching Adjustment, PRT origination and pricing, reinsurance, asset strategy and ALM.
