Responsibilities
- Provide actuarial M&A due diligence support for the Group's new acquisitions, assisting with reserving, capital and pricing duties.
- Draft actuarial due diligence papers in relation to reserving, capital and valuation metrics.
- Support the overall transition of successful deals to the Reserving & Reporting Actuarial team and wider business.
Qualifications
- Partāqualified or fully qualified GI actuary with a strong reserving background.
- Prior reserving and capital experience essential.
- Experience within transaction due diligence and/or riskābased pricing is an advantage.
