Are you a qualified actuary with an in-depth understanding of life insurance products, especially BPA and annuities? Are you a technical expert with a track record of delivering the ORSA and Stress and Scenario Testing? Relish the opportunity to undertake a senior position within a major insurance Group?
In this cross-functional and strategic role, you will support the risk leadership team through delivering the annual ORSA and Recovery and Resolutions plans. You will also maintain the Group's Risk Appetite, Stress and Scenario Testing and other key Line 2-owned frameworks. Staying ahead of the ever-changing insurance landscape, you will continually assess how technology and AI can be used to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of risk management while providing thought leadership and remaining up-to-date with market practice.
With detailed knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Solvency UK, IFRS 17, UK GAAP), the successful candidate will have a good understanding of non-financial risks and operational resilience. In addition, you will have excellent people leadership and influencing skills.
