Are you a qualified actuary with life pricing experience and knowledge of actuarial and Enterprise Risk Management methodologies and frameworks? Then this is an exceptional chance to flex your expertise within a leading global reinsurer, reviewing large and complex transactions relating to financial, operational, legal and reputational risk, in line with the agreed risk appetite.
Reviewing changes to pricing bases, product designs and pricing tools, you will also develop and report on the strategic risk outlook to support business steering. In addition, you will contribute to the UK Branch annual ORSA process and deliver the operational risk management framework alongside reviewing and assessing other risk types e.g. market, credit, reputation, concentration, liquidity, strategic, etc.
Basic familiarity with Protection, Longevity and Structured Re deal pricing is essential as is experience of end-to-end project delivery. Knowledge of UK regulatory risk and capital reporting requirements, Solvency II Standard Formula and Internal Model methodologies would be desirable.
